Luxe Travel and Events Booking Policies

- After receiving a quote, modifications can be made twice without charge. Subsequent modifications will incur a fee of $25 each, This covers changes such as dates, travelers, locations, or accommodations. It is advisable to consult with your travel group before form submission.
- Following trip booking, any alterations (e.g., date changes, traveler count adjustments) will incur a $35 fee per change from Luxe Travel and events, in addition to any charges imposed by the resort or airline.
- Upon deposit payment, final payments are typically due 30-45 days before travel. If your travel dates fall within this timeframe, full payment is required at booking.
- All planning fees are non-refundable. Should you book elsewhere, discontinue the planning process, or opt to cancel your trip, this fee remains non-refundable.
- All quotes remain valid for 30 days. To book after this period or update your quote, a reactivation fee of $50 will be invoiced.
